After spending hours, if not days looking and testing membership site software I decided that other people, like yourself, could make use of all the information I had gathered.  So here are some of the best membership site software and scripts I have found.

The thing I noticed was the cost of membership site software could vary from free to thousands of dollars, so, first you need to have a idea of budget.  If you are technically minded you may want to try some of the free or low cost scripts available.  Personally I would not recommend it.

I am not a programmer but I have working in the computer industry for over 20 years so I am no dummy either, but after trying a number of cheap and free scripts I realised this was not the way to go.  If I can not get something working, to some extent, within a couple of hours then I try something else.

As you are going to be creating a membership web site that will probably charge subscribers, I suggest you invest a little in your web site and save your self some time trying to sort out poor scripts.  Take a look at the products below, they are the best on the market today.

MemberStar This program is a monthly subscription service starting at $79 per month. This may sound a lot but if you are looking to set up a site that has over 100 members each paying $10 or more per month which would bring you a monthly income of over $1,000 you could easily afford this package.
